We're excited for you to receive your new case! Because all of our cases are made to order especially for you, our process is a little different from a regular store.
Here’s a breakdown of what to expect.
📦 Our Process: From Your Click to Your Case
Our shipping process involves two key steps:
- Processing & Creation (1-3 Business Days):
- Once you place your order, our team gets to work! This 1-3 business day period is when we process your order details and custom-make your phone case. Please note that orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing on the next business day.
- Shipping & Delivery (2-9 Business Days - USA):
- After your case is made, it’s packaged and sent on its way. Shipping within the USA takes an average of 2-9 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your region and the postal service.

- We Offer Economy (4 - 8 Business Days) & Standard (2 - 5 Business Days)
- Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.
- A Note on Delivery Times
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. They are subject to postal service schedules (like USPS or CANADA POST) and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as bad weather, holidays, or postal delays.

📋 Order Questions & Policies
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation (Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from this 24-hour window). If you need to make a change to your order (like the phone model), please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order is in processing, modifications may not be possible.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
A: We’re committed to your satisfaction! If your case arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement.
Q: What if my package is delayed or lost?
A: If your package is significantly delayed past its estimated arrival date, please contact our customer support team with your order number. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
Q: Do you ship internationally? (Customs & Duties)
A: No we currently do ship internationally to certain countries. We are working to add it in the future.
