↩️ Standard Returns
We happily accept returns for non-custom items.
- To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition.
- Please note: All returned items must be received at our store before a refund can be issued.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
All custom orders are final sale.
This includes our "Family Photo Phone Covers" and any other personalized items. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom orders, as they are made especially for you.
Please double-check your custom orders and ensure you have selected the correct phone version before purchasing.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
This is our exception, and we'll make it right!
If your case arrives damaged or defective (this applies to all orders, including custom ones), please contact us immediately.
We will provide a full refund or send a replacement right away. To help us, please be ready to provide your order number and a photo of the issue.

💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our store, we will send you an email to notify you.

🔄 Exchanges
Because all of our cases are made to order, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order.
